Management Team

	Ronnie Wagley, DPT, CWS Chief Executive Officer Mr. Wagley received his BS from Northwestern State University and MPT from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He received his DPT from the University of Kansas. He brings to the TheraTeam group, extensive clinical experience. He is a certified wound care specialist (CWS) and has vestibular certification training from Emory University. Prior to joining TheraTeam, Mr. Wagley was Clinical Services Director for Louisiana Extended Care Hospital and owner of Ronnie Wagley Physical Therapy, L.L.C.

	Russel Bienvenu, LOTR President and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Bienvenu received his BBA from Northwestern State University and BS from Louisiana State University Medical Center School of Occupational Therapy. Prior to joining TheraTeam, Russel was the administrator for an in-patient long-term acute care hospital.

	Joe Bienvenu, LOTR Vice President of Business Development Mr. Bienvenu received his BS from Northwestern State University and BS from Louisiana State University Medical Center School of Occupational Therapy. Prior to joining TheraTeam, Mr. Bienvenu was the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. Mr. Bienvenu has participated in the development of many Joint Venture operations.

	Trent Shepherd, MPT Director of Operations Mr. Shepherd received his BS and Masters in Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University. Prior to joining TheraTeam, Mr. Shepherd was a self-employed therapist in Northwest Louisiana.

	Glynn Leach, PT Director of Home Health Division Mr. Leach graduated from Texas Womans University with his BS in Human Biology in 1991. He graduated from LSUMC Shreveport with his BS in Physical Therapy in 1994 and he received a certificate of competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory University of Atlanta in 2001. Mr. Leach has practiced in most healthcare settings including SNFs, outpatient clinics and home health.

	Sherri Spillman Administrative Assistant Mrs. Spillman earned an undergraduate degree in office administration from Northwestern State University. Mrs. Spillman managed an outpatient physical therapy clinic for many years and has extensive medical billing experience. Mrs. Spillman also has ownership in a medical transcription company.
